HBL HYBRASIL ANALOGUE MONOSYNTH COLLECTION

24,99

The Sample Pack This collection combines both volumes (Vol.01/02) of the Hybrasil Analogue MonoSynth series. These packs were created with the modern sampler in mind. Every note on every pitch range was recorded individually with a short attack and longer decay, sustain and release settings on amplitude envelope with an open filter. This gives producers the control they need to sculpt and shape these samples to create their own version of one of the worlds most influential monophonic synths. The Tones & Drones pack features 4 hours of raw analogue cinematic tones and drones. A must have pack for any sound designer looking for authentic analogue raw material. The Recording Process These instruments were carefully recorded using Universal Audio analogue tube mic preamp modeling and processed through the famed Hybrasil channel strip; commonly used on Hybrasil productions.

The Machines The Roland Pack is a bundle of our favourite Roland machines, the TR-909 drum machine, one of the most sought after (and expensive) rhythm boxes of the modern era and the Roland SH-09 synth, a stripped-down mono synth from Roland’s classic SH-series, first manufactured in 1978. Used by  808 State, Cabaret Voltaire / Richard Kirk, Vince Clarke, Eurythmics, Baby Ford, Massive Attack, OMD, Tangerine Dream and Orbital. The Recording Process These instruments were carefully recorded using Universal Audio analogue tube mic preamp modeling and processed through the famed Hybrasil channel strip; commonly used on Hybrasil productions. Artist Comments “These two machines are the most used instruments in my studio. They both have been hugely influential in my creative process and the sound of my album ‘Embers’ on Rekids would have been very different without them.  My 909 has been modified for Jeff Mills. There are pitch mods on the Hi-hats and the Rim shot (which makes it sound kind of like an 808 rim shot). The step sequencer is bolted to the front which makes it super reliable for finger drumming. With these modifications, it is one of the only 909’s of its type.” – Hybrasil HBL Studios HBL Studios offer creative solutions for underground artists and labels including studio samples, mixing, mastering and post production.
